COMPACTION GROUTING
Compaction grouting is the process of densification of existing soils with low compaction properties. When applied by experience grouting contractors, the results are improved soil densification with the ability of leveling existing structures through a controlled and monitored technique.
LIQUEFACTION REDUCTION
Compaction grouting can be a mitigating factor effective on reducing or eliminating the liquefaction potential in earthquake prone areas. For unimproved sites or for existing structures, the process and application has proven to be successfully in the reduction of soil liquefaction.
SLAB JACKING / MUD JACKING
Slab/Mud Jacking is the process of grout injection directly under existing concrete slabs for thepurpose of filling voids and lifting or leveling as needed.
PIPELINE ABANDONMENT
Pipeline Abondonment by the grouting process can reduce costs associated with other forms of pipline removal, i.e. limited intrusion and limited surface removal.
LENSE GROUTING
Lense Grouting is a technique of the grouting process whereby a viscous, cementicious material is injected in a narrow pattern to create a moisture barrier around the perimeter of a structure or foundation after construction.
DOD / EPA WORK
The Clancy Company has performed work at several DOD sites (Alameda Point Naval Weapons Station, Treasure Island, and Lawrence Livermore Lab, to name a few). Military Base Closure constituted a majority of our EPA work.

The Clancy Company, Inc. is a full service foundation repair construction company, specializing in all forms of pressure grouting.
We have been a family owned business since 1964. Our founder R. W. Clancy established our high standards for quality and expertise, and over the past four decades we have pioneered and developed many of the techniques and formulas widely used widely today as industry standards.
The success of The Clancy Company has stemmed from our ability to create a mutually beneficial Client-Contractor relationship, and from the determination to meet or exceed the goals set forth by our company and our clients.
Our president, Timothy F. Clancy, is a licensed General Contractor with extensive experience in all phases of construction, specializing in soil stabilization and foundation repair.
Our project estimations are based on engineer's specifications, plans, design review and onsite visitation, all in an effort to achieve the most professional, cost-effective formula to meet the unique requirements of each project.
Due to the specialized nature of our projects, our foremen, operators and labor force are highly experienced in all phases of pressure grouting, epoxy injection and topical slab repair. Our extensive inventory of equipment enables us to provide proficient results on jobs of any size.
We've built a reputation for integrity based on our ability to design a working solution which successfully encompasses the needs and concerns of our clients, and from our ability to then complete each project on time and within budget.
